Clinic Hours

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  Telephones answered 24 hours a day.

After hours service is provided through the North Memorial Answering Service and your call will be automatically routed to their operators.

The operator will be able to assist you and may refer your call to the Camden Physicians provider who is on call at that time.  Please understand that after hours service is intended for emergency, delivery and institutional (such as nursing home) care concerns.  Refills, lab and x-ray results, appointment information, etc. are not available to the on call provider and should wait for the next business day.  Contact 911 directly for all life threatening emergencies.

Appointments may be scheduled from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Please call our Centralized Schedulers at 763-553-0544 directly.  Due to call volumes, your waiting time to speak with a scheduler may vary.  Please are patient and your call will be answered in the order it was received.  We appreciate your business and are pleased to provide your healthcare needs.
